Andrea Pergola. <\/p>\n\n<p>The University of Cagliari proposes this year, with its &#8220;Thirty Feet of Monuments,&#8221; an itinerary to discover the Sant&#8217;Elia neighborhood, a place rich in history and peculiarities.
