A Scientific Committee has overseen the illustration of what is derived from archaeological and historical research and studies.<br\/>The initial section, First of all, recalls the general properties of clays and ceramics and compares to planetary dimensions the experiences of human communities applied to the uses of these materials and the production of artifacts derived from them.<br\/>The section Before the Nuraghe and Nuragic Uses and Survival, where the characters of clay slurry use, ceramic production and their social signification in Sardinia in the previous millennia are illustrated. <br\/><br\/><strong>The limestone industry &#8211;<\/strong> After World War II, the need to modernize the Sardinian road network made limestone quarrying profitable; between \u201c49 and\u201d 53 several quarries managed by foreign entrepreneurs, located in the hills around the village, came into operation: the \u201cTres Corongius\u201d quarry of Ragionian.
