It has long since ceased to belong to the Pavese family: it was sold after his father&#8217;s death, changing several owners and the original structure, while still retaining a strong emotional value. The premises of the house are home to Cepam, Centro Pavesiano Museo Casa Natale, established in 1976, which organizes various awards and curates exhibitions.
