{"id":89073,"date":"2023-12-19T11:49:26","date_gmt":"2023-12-19T09:49:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/monumentiaperti.com\/it\/monumenti\/conservatory-of-music-auditorium\/"},"modified":"2024-08-23T11:22:13","modified_gmt":"2024-08-23T09:22:13","slug":"conservatory-of-music-auditorium","status":"publish","type":"monumento","link":"https:\/\/monumentiaperti.com\/it\/en\/monumenti\/conservatory-of-music-auditorium\/","title":{"rendered":"Conservatory of Music Auditorium"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 113\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">  In 1971 the Conservatory moved from its former location in Piazza Palazzo, while the Auditorium was designed later.<br \/>\nDesigner of both structures was Paolo Porceddu, an engineer and musician.<br \/>\nThe design was later enlarged and modified by Porceddu himself, to give the hall not only a larger stage and higher audience capacity but also more technical rooms.<br \/>\nThis led to a full-fledged Theater, able to accommodate about 1,200 seats between stalls and gallery.<br \/>\nThe Auditorium was inaugurated in June 1977.<br \/>\nAfter the approval, in 1967, of the       <span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;\">Corona law that established the 13 opera houses of the Italian state, the Istituzione dei Concerti became an autonomous body, under the leadership of a superintendent appointed by the city council and an artistic director, a position automatically held by the director of the Conservatorio (a unique case in Italy).<br \/>\nThe Conservatory Auditorium thus became, until 1992, the official home of the concert, opera and ballet seasons of the city of Cagliari.<br \/>\nThe Auditorium, after the opening in September 1993 of the New Municipal Theater, now the Cagliari Opera House, would remain closed thirteen long years for careful conservative restoration.<br \/>\nOn December 18, 2005, the Auditorium was reopened.   <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"author":12,"featured_media":63076,"template":"","meta":{"COMUNE":[],"note":[],"indirizzo":[],"accessibilita_mezzi":[],"coordinates":[],"images":[],"adesioni":[],"footnotes":""},"monumento_tipologia":[680,705,678],"accessibilita":[],"accessibilita_mezzi":[],"class_list":["post-89073","monumento","type-monumento","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","monumento_tipologia-bene-architettonico-en","monumento_tipologia-intangible-asset","monumento_tipologia-istituzione-en"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/monumentiaperti.com\/it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/monumenti\/89073","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/monumentiaperti.com\/it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/monumenti"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/monumentiaperti.com\/it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/monumento"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/monumentiaperti.com\/it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/12"}],"version-history":[{"count":2,"href":"https:\/\/monumentiaperti.com\/it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/monumenti\/89073\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":98763,"href":"https:\/\/monumentiaperti.com\/it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/monumenti\/89073\/revisions\/98763"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/monumentiaperti.com\/it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/63076"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/monumentiaperti.com\/it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=89073"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"monumento_tipologia","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/monumentiaperti.com\/it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/monumento_tipologia?post=89073"},{"taxonomy":"accessibilita","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/monumentiaperti.com\/it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/accessibilita?post=89073"},{"taxonomy":"accessibilita_mezzi","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/monumentiaperti.com\/it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/accessibilita_mezzi?post=89073"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
