{"id":90117,"date":"2023-12-19T11:50:07","date_gmt":"2023-12-19T09:50:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/monumentiaperti.com\/it\/monumenti\/quarte-sayal\/"},"modified":"2024-07-26T12:39:27","modified_gmt":"2024-07-26T10:39:27","slug":"quarte-sayal","status":"publish","type":"monumento","link":"https:\/\/monumentiaperti.com\/it\/en\/monumenti\/quarte-sayal\/","title":{"rendered":"Quart\u00e9 Say\u00e0l"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Founded as a Capuchin friary 400 years ago, it was built in 1722 at the hands of Piedmontese architect De Vincenti.<br \/>\nThe material used for the construction was limestone worked in blocks, for the masonry but also for the characteristic Catalan rounded vaults found inside the structure.<br \/>\nIn 1902, the destination of the convent changed from religious to civil, and the structure was purchased by the Sella &amp; Mosca winery, which set up its official headquarters there for 70 years.<br \/>\nThe plant, over the years, underwent considerable modifications.<br \/>\nIn the 1950s, it was perfected with neoliberty references and citations of the city&#8217;s religious architecture.
