Throughout the centuries it has been the subject of donations, and in 1872 it was furnished for the daily celebrations of the friars. In the twentieth century it was deconsecrated and used for military purposes, then returned under the administration of St. Helen&#8217;s parish. It has a single nave with semicircular apse and furnishings dating back to the 19th century, such as the statues of St. Benedict and St. Scholastica, the pulpit, and the balustrade. The facade is gabled with a bell gable.
