{"id":91407,"date":"2023-12-19T11:50:35","date_gmt":"2023-12-19T09:50:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/monumentiaperti.com\/it\/monumenti\/sa-cruxi-e-marmuri\/"},"modified":"2024-09-13T11:51:13","modified_gmt":"2024-09-13T09:51:13","slug":"sa-cruxi-e-marmuri","status":"publish","type":"monumento","link":"https:\/\/monumentiaperti.com\/it\/en\/monumenti\/sa-cruxi-e-marmuri\/","title":{"rendered":"Sa Cruxi &#8216;e Marmuri"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sa Cruxi &#8216;e Marmuri or Marble Cross represents one of the most important monuments of the historical-cultural heritage of Selargius, for this reason, in 1989, it was included in the coat of arms of the Gonfalone.<br \/>\nIn the past it was located between Bia Beccia and Bi e&#8217; Paoli, currently it is situated between Via Istria and Via Trieste in front of the Town Hall Square.<br \/>\nIt was erected in 1425 (period of Catalan-Aragonese domination) by Jeronimo Barder, commissioned by Simone Castay and Antonio Majia.<br \/>\nThe sculpture originally rested on a stone base replaced in the 1960s by a concrete base.
