{"id":91845,"date":"2023-12-19T11:52:48","date_gmt":"2023-12-19T09:52:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/monumentiaperti.com\/it\/monumenti\/church-of-san-domino\/"},"modified":"2024-09-10T10:39:54","modified_gmt":"2024-09-10T08:39:54","slug":"church-of-san-domino","status":"publish","type":"monumento","link":"https:\/\/monumentiaperti.com\/it\/en\/monumenti\/church-of-san-domino\/","title":{"rendered":"Church of San Domino"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One of the two bells of St. Domino&#8217;s bears the date 1408 with an inscription that is not clearly legible and seems to mean &#8220;Tu patris sempiternus filius domine MCCCCVIII&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By decree of the pastoral visitation of March 10, 1641, the bishop of Ales, Bishop Michele Beltran, ordered the downsizing of the small church, which thus became more proportionate and elegant. The church of San Domino has a unique carved stone altar with four evangelists with Christian inscriptions and symbols.
