His works in the figurative genre depict religious themes, such as miraculous fishing, the apocalypse and the conversion of St. Paul, or locally inspired landscapes, nudes and portraits. Artistic activity is also represented by the numerous sculptures in bronze (including prominently the bas-relief of the gateway to the house), stone, and terracotta.
