It was the nobleman Don Enrico Garau Boy, in 1864, who bought the farm from the Duke&#8217;s heirs. The property is currently owned by Maria Isabella Puggioni Garau who runs the agritourism there. Sa Tanca covers about 80 hectares, mostly\u0300 covered by a centuries-old forest of oaks and holm oaks.
