Carlo Savonuzzi, progettista architettonico, aderisce al linguaggio razionalista che si sta diffondendo in tutta Europa grazie alla spinta della Bauhaus, e disegna un edificio dalla stereometria imponente e significativa, usando i materiali tradizionali del territorio (in particolare il laterizio), ma in modo completamente nuovo e con un disegno pulitissimo ed essenziale.<\/p>\n
