La soluzione d\u2019angolo del palazzo \u00e8 assolutamente efficace, tanto da far sembrare la parte curva un terzo prospetto. All\u2019interno vi sono soluzioni progettuali molto interessanti, come lo straordinario scalone elicoidale.<\/p>\n

L\u2019edificio \u00e8 voluto da Italo Balbo, gerarca fascista molto vicino a Mussolini ma anche personaggio di molte sfaccettature grazie al quale l\u2019urbanistica e l\u2019architettura della citt\u00e0 hanno avuto una grande spinta negli anni del regime.<\/p>\n
