Rectangular in plan, it has three levels with horizontal development. The ground floor, clad in rustic ashlar trachyte, centrally features an imposing entrance portal, on whose columns rests a central balcony. Following the sale of the building to the Banco di Napoli, much of the interior furnishings were lost: neo-Gothic furniture is still present, however, bearing some the coat of arms of Baron Giordano Apostoli, some that of the bank, in a stylistic continuity that characterizes the entire building. According to an 1889 manuscript, &#8221; all the luxury window frames and cabinet work [sono] by the Clemente firm, ornaments and stucco work by Galli.&#8221; The opulent interior halls are also decorated and furnished in the neo-Gothic style, full of friezes, stucco and frescoes.
