Monumenti Aperti continues its journey of discovery and rediscovery of cultural heritage, the storytelling of which is, as always, entrusted to students and volunteers from each area. On Saturday, May 18 and Sunday, May 19 there will be 10 municipalities that will throw open the doors of their treasures: Alghero<\/a>, Chiaramonti<\/a>, Ittiri<\/a>, Ossi<\/a>, Ovodda<\/a> (Sunday only), Pabillonis<\/a>, Ploaghe<\/a> and Triei<\/a>, all regulars of the event, plus two new entries for this edition: Nuxis<\/a> and Simala<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Also framing Monumenti Aperti are many collateral initiatives for an even deeper look at the entire heritage.<\/p>\n

THE HEART OF SARDINIA APP<\/span><\/p>\n

Heart of Sardinia is a free iOS<\/a> and Android<\/a> app that has been promoting the island’s tourism heritage for seven years. It will be the official app of the 2024 edition of Monumenti Aperti and a digital guide for all visitors: inside it will be possible to consult the map of monuments that can be visited and save itineraries in advance.
Heart of Sardinia will also work to collect anonymized and aggregated data on visitor habits to measure the event’s outcomes.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
