Su iniziativa del Cesvop, avviato il percorso tra volontariato e amministrazione. Il capoluogo siciliano si aggiunger\u00e0 ai 140 comuni che hanno gi\u00e0 fatto proprio il documento proposto da Labsus, il Laboratorio per la sussidiariet\u00e0, per la gestione dei beni comuni. Un passo importante per rendere i cittadini protagonisti del territorio<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

E’ davvero interessante e da valutare questa idea di adottare un regolamento per una gestione condivisa di beni che non sono ne pubblici, ne privati, ma bens\u00ec comuni<\/p>\n

Sono gli spazi verdi urbani, le piazze, le scuole, i monumenti, le fontane, il patrimonio ambientale:\u00a0beni condivisi\u00a0<\/strong>che appartengono a tutti. Ma, come spesso accade, quello che \u00e8 di tutti non \u00e8 di nessuno. Perci\u00f2 molti luoghi, ambienti ed edifici sono abbandonati, in disuso e nel degrado.<\/em><\/p>\n
