Basilica of Saint Justa

The town of Santa Giusta today is best known for its imposing cathedral (12th century), which is one of the greatest expressions of Romanesque architecture in Sardinia. It stands majestically at the entrance to the village and has a longitudinal layout with three naves and two orders of columns, seven on each side. The crypt, articulated in four cross-vaulted naves, occupies one third of the body of the church.
