The dwelling dates back to the mid-1800s and throughout its history underwent radical renovation due to the historic flood of 1889. The residential body is covered with a pitched roof on purlins; the inner pitch extends to cover a loggia rebuilt in 1914, with pointed arches covered with cement tiles. Large wooden trusses overhung floors made of tiles with geometric and floral decoration. The house is a significant example of the evolution of the main structures of the traditional courtyard and the constructive innovation of the building bodies. Today it is home to the historical and folkloric activities of the Group of the same name.
