A very important Nuragic site is that of the Nuraghe Santu Sciori; it is located on a bend of the Flumini Mannu (Rivus Sacer): from its not very high elevation it dominates guarding much of the middle Campidano, from that of Arborense to that of Cagliari; observing it we can recognize its majestic grandeur and strategic importance. It presents a complex building type, consisting of a bastion and several ante-mural towers. In medieval times the site was used as a burial area; this reuse is evidenced by the discovery of a four-sided urn, with a longer side of about two and a half meters, and within it, large bones. A short distance from the nuraghe are the ruins of the ancient church of San Lussorio and further still the Roman Bridge.
In 2016, the M.I.B.A.C.T. decreed the archaeological area as a Heritage Asset. As of 2018, the sites are part of the Pabillonis Archaeological Park.
