The Ethnographic Museum is housed within the “Pastissu” urban park. The tour is divided into an exhibition tour of 8 thematic rooms, which feature artifacts related to the material culture of a community in central Sardinia. The Museum illustrates the agrosilvopastoral subsistence system, with reference to the processes of acquisition, processing, distribution and consumption in time and space of food resources, of the artisanal processing, itinerant trade in forest fruits, evidence of devotion, music and traditional garment industry and the candle factory. The exhibition continues with the activity of snow hoarding and the use of ice to produce the

, ancient lemon-flavored Aritzese ice cream, and ending with the modes of camouflage peculiar to the carnival cycle, documenting the local types of feral masks in central Sardinia.
