The Campidanese house, owned by Attilio Spiga’s family, was built around 1905-1907. Attilio’s house was luxurious, a reason for disagreement with his father who, though wealthy but thrifty, did not attend his wedding. In those days, two-story houses like his were rare. The house is built of ladiri and is characterized as a small farmhouse in the town center. The house is divided into spaces functional to the typical economic activity of a winemaker and for this reason has a strong ethnographic interest: Su Portali, Sa pratza de manixu, Su magasinu de su binu, Sa funtana, Sa pratza bona, Sa Sala, Sa lolla, S’apposentu de arriciri.
