Starting from the entrance on La Palma Avenue, Selected Salts Building, you can choose different routes within the Park.
The city of salt
The unique and evocative Salt City has come down to us in good condition to testify to one of the best industrial achievements of the early 1900s and deserves a design effort for its reuse. For the first time, it will be possible to visit the recently restored Locomotive Workshop Chemical Laboratory inside the Salt City.
Nature trail
Nature tour along park trails to observe the varied bird life characteristic of the wetland area, accompanied by CEAS nature guides.
Excursion to the forced labor shelter and fossil beach: a journey through time
On the way you can see, near the Rollone, the historic Forced Labourers’ Shelter building, dating back to 1767, and the Fossil Beach, where you can observe the geological stratifications, created over 120,000 years by the gradual retreat of the coastline, and the surrounding flora.
