Thirty Feet of Monuments 2017. Saint Avendrace

For its sixth year of operation, the Monuments Thirtyfooter awaits its ‘passengers’ in the Trent Avenue Garden, near the Cruxi Santa, the column that in medieval times signaled wayfarers to enter the city.

This space, a junction point between Trento, Triest and Sant’Avendrace avenues, for the 2017 edition of Monumenti Aperti will be the terminus of the pedestrian-driven convoy geared toward cultural sharing. Starting from here, for two days, the Trentapiedi team, thanks to the system designed by students and professors of the University, will guide you to discover the Sant’Avendrace neighborhood, making you discover well-known monuments and hidden treasures of this part of Cagliari, the gateway to the city, the natural junction between the necropolis of Tuvixeddu and the Santa Gilla pond.
