In its seventh year of activity, the “Thirty Feet of Monuments” returns to the streets of its origins: for two days, students from Cultural Heritage and Performing Arts and Archaeology and Art History at the University of Cagliari will guide visitors to discover the Marina. Thanks to the system designed by the team of Vestigia, the University’s Laboratory of Communication and Didactics of Cultural Heritage, the historic district as a whole will be able to be rediscovered as a great cultural space, capable of presenting an ever new face. A pedestrian convoy, equipped with a train conductor and a human locomotive, will depart at regular intervals from the terminus in Martiri d’Italia Square and, stop after stop, will travel through the characteristic streets of Marina, pointing out monuments, archaeological sites and special sights.
