Chapel of the Miraculous Medal

An integral part of the then Regina Elena kindergarten, it was strongly desired by the Vincentian Sisters Daughters of Charity, who managed the facility at the time, and built to the design of Sassari architect Vico Mossa.

It began construction in 1940 and was completed nine years later.
Inaugurated in 1949 it was dedicated to Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal whose cult is very dear to the Vincentian Sisters.

The structure is very simple with a single nave with an altar at the back and a niche above that housed the statue of the Immaculate Virgin.
In 1972 with the departure of the nuns, the small house of worship was permanently abandoned.
