The church dates back to the 17th century.
It is located in an elevated position along the main access road to the historic center of the village, in a panoramic position.
As a whole, the complex is a typical example of late Renaissance art with hints of Gothic-Aragonese influences.
It presents a single barrel-vaulted nave divided into two bays by round arches.
Two small chapels with a rectangular plan open in the area closest to the altar.
The chancel sports a cross vault and marble balustrade with unique pictorial decoration with geometric and floral motifs that echoes the motifs of damask tapestries of the time.
Several festivals were associated with the church: in addition to the specification of the Holy Rosary on October 7, those of St. Vincent Ferreri, St. Narcissus, St. Dominic, and St. Anne were celebrated.
