The parish church of St. Nicholas of Bari is located close to the original core of the village. Today only part of the perimeter walls, covered by a thick layer of plaster, remains of the original layout, almost certainly from the High Middle Ages. The monument has undergone numerous rehabilitation and renovation works that have definitely compromised its primitive style; at present, the stylistic forms present in its interior show peculiarities typical of the island’s Gothic-Catalan architecture, which can be traced back to the 15th-16th centuries AD. The building has a single nave inside, onto which the side chapels open, ending in a square-shaped presbytery. On the outside stands a crenellated late Gothic bell tower, dating from the 17th century AD.
