Defensive structure of the city wall

Medieval building at 66/68 Garibaldi Street, opposite the Monastery of St. Clare. The ancient structure of medieval origin, until 1870 belonged to Count Paolo Spano, then passed to landowner Giovanni Pau who used it as a granary. Inherited by Oristan scholar Peppetto Pau, it was purchased in 1982 by restorer Duilio Tanchis who used it as a restoration laboratory.
