Casa Foddis and Sa gruxi ‘e marmuri are located on Zuddas Street, in the widening called sa prazzixedda de sa gruxi ‘e marmuri. The sixteenth-century cross indicated jurisdictional limits of ecclesiastical territorial jurisdiction. It was also called sa gruxi ‘e su perdonu because floggings and executions were carried out at it. Casa Foddis is a neoclassical-style mansion with a rectangular floor plan. II side facing Zuddas Street is characterized by a ground floor marked by an order of windows framed by round arches and a driveway door, su portali. The house retains some features of Campidanese domestic architecture: the loggia supported by two granite monoliths and the courtyard on the side of the old tramway station. Over time it has been a private home, a commercial winery, and the seat of municipal departments.
