Opened in July 1989, it is located in the former family home on Iosto Street. The house is a typical Campidanese dwelling and houses frescoes and paintings created by Terralbese painter Dina Pala.
Dina Pala was born as a painter, outlining the distinctive features of her artistic face from an early age. First and foremost is a taste for experimentation, of color and techniques, denoting a constant interest in the search for the new, for controlled and balanced materiality.
The meeting with master C. Contini, who follows her closely and encourages her creativity, and with A. Corriga, lead her as early as 1959 to the Quadriennale in Rome and to the succession of recognitions and successes in the artistic field. Self-taught par excellence, he attended painting and sculpture classes at the Venice Academy at the behest of painter Virgilio Guidi, and under the guidance of Pietro Annigoni at the Florence Academy. Her exhibitions and participation in additional exhibitions gave her the opportunity to meet and associate with artists of caliber world. She is counted among the great contemporary sculptors, as early as 1969, and recognized as the leader of “Fluctuism” at the New York Art Expo in 1999. He has exhibited his work in major Italian cities. In 1993 in Hong Kong he won the I Prize for Painting (Art And Word), placing him VII in the world rankings.
