The Oratory of Our Lady of the Rosary, located on the historic Santa Barbara Square, was home for about three hundred years to the confraternity of the same name established in the early seventeenth century and still operating today.
The small church has a distinctive loggia on the main facade that was rebuilt in the 1990s after the original one collapsed in the 1970s due to neglect and heavy snowfall. The architectural system is very simple, and the chancel is topped by an octagonal dome dating from the mid-17th century.
Since 1998, the Oratory has housed the Museum of the Parish of St. Barbara in which many liturgical furnishings and, in particular, objects related to the worship of St. Sisinnius, such as silver artifacts and wooden simulacra (among the latter, a large number are made by Lonis) are on display.
