Portal and Villa Pernis

The owner of the entire Villa Pernis complex was Engineer Benvenuto Pernis, who conceived it as a patron’s villa.
The entrance portal built in the early 1900s in Art Nouveau style, as well as the entire structure, features linear forms and materials of new use for that era such as concrete and cast iron.
From the wide wrought-iron portal expands a continuous fence that encloses the garden and villa within it.
The structure communicates with another municipal property called “Su Corrale” consisting of a large paved outdoor space and some “Lodges.”
On numerous occasions it is used for holding festivals, festivals and events.
Currently the Villa is part of a tourist/receptive complex that includes the restaurant room – kitchen – bar (already completed) as well as, the Hotel wing (still under completion), the outdoor courtyard and the citrus grove.
The entire complex is to be entrusted to external management.
