St. Joseph’s Kindergarten School was founded in 1924 by the Franciscan Sisters of Seillon, thanks to the bequest of Sister Maria Raffaela (born Maria Teresa Mudu), who donated her birthplace to open a facility to welcome children, thus creating the first historic kindergarten in Serramanna.
The school today is managed by the Parish of St. Ignatius of Laconi in Serramanna, through its pro-tempore parish priest Fr. Pietro Mostallino, and picks up the legacy and experience left by the previous management, which made it a school that has always been inspired by the Christian principles of the Catholic faith.
The facility has three spacious and bright classrooms, a large playroom, two equipped courtyards and a large and bright cafeteria.
