The facade, made of sandstone ashlars, is rectangular and has a molded portal with a stained-glass rose window above. The bell tower is square, made of squared basalt and sandstone ashlars. Built in the Romanesque style and largely renovated in the late Gothic style, it has a single nave, covered by a wide, twin, star-shaped barrel vault. On either side of the nave are two sets of chapels. The chapel of Our Lady of the Rosary houses a polychrome marble altar made in 1779 by artist Michele Spazzi, containing the estofado de oro statue of Our Lady of Sorrows. The high altar dates from the second half of the 1700s. In the chapel of the Most Holy Crucifix, dated 1648, a polychrome marble antependium attributed to an 18th-century Ligurian workshop can be seen, above which rests a gilded wooden tabernacle, a work of 18th-century cabinet-making. Of particular value are the 17th-century sacred silverware and the 18th-century pipe organ. Paintings include a large oil-painted canvas by Giuseppe Deris (mid-17th century).
