Monumenti Aperti also starts again in Sardinia, from the town of Siddi. The small and charming village is ready to welcome citizens, tourists and enthusiasts on the occasion of the new edition of Monumenti Aperti, scheduled for Saturday, October 11 and Sunday, October 12, 2025.
On the same dates the event stops overseas reaching Frosolone, Latronico (where in the Pollino National Park contemporary art and nature dialogue together through works by Kapoor, Pistoletto and Paci) and Syracuse.
Siddi is also part of Nuragic Paths, a fascinating journey to discover the treasures of our island’s millennia-old Nuragic civilization that marks the partnership between Imago Mundi and the La Sardegna verso l’Unesco association. The initiative is developed through a rich calendar of guided tours to 30 nuragic sites on the island.
As has been the case continuously since 2008, the Monumenti Aperti project again this year received the Medal of Representation of the Presidency of the Italian Republic.
Monumenti Aperti 2025 is a project funded by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy – Directorate General of the Third Sector and Corporate Social Responsibility- Notice No. 2/2023.
This year’s edition is held under the prestigious patronage of the Senate of the Republic, the Chamber of Deputies, the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Tourism and the National Association of Italian Municipalities. Especially important is also the patronage of the European Parliament, received for the fourth year.
