Santa Teresa Gallura is a town of 5,247 inhabitants located in the far north of Sardinia, of which it is the last municipality on the mainland. Founded in 1801 in the then locality of Longosardo by Vittorio Emanuele I, who dedicated it to his beloved wife Maria Teresa, it enjoys a privileged position: facing the Bocche di Bonifacio. The town is dominated by the Tower of Longosardo, a true symbol, erected at the behest of Philip II of Spain. All around, in all directions, beaches and coves where it is possible to enjoy a sea of crystal-clear colors. live, is an area inhabited since ancient times, as evidenced by the presence of the Lu Brandali Nuragic Complex, one of the most important in northern Sardinia.
