The church has a plan with two naves, connected by square pillars. The simple facade, partially concealed by a doorway with an entrance door on Neghelli Street, has as its only prominent feature a double-vaulted bell tower. Today the extensively remodeled building has been reopened for worship after a period of neglect. The church is interesting for its history, as its original location was not the present one, but was located on National Street: it was destroyed during the flood of 1889 and rebuilt in its present arrangement.
