Built around the year 1000, in the center of the town, the Church of the Holy Spirit,(Sa Cresiedda), is the oldest sacred building in the lagoon town. In the early twentieth century, during some work, an ancient cippus was found bearing the inscription in Vulgar Latin “Hinc Est Masone De Capras.” Two 17th-century altars are preserved inside: an articulated wooden Christ and an 18th-century polychrome wooden pulpit.
