An ancient courtyard house, it faces Rome Street with a modest arched doorway. Accessed through a long courtyard, preceded in the entrance by su próciu (porch), it then leads to the courtyard, sa pratza, in which a majestic olive tree stands out, planted around the time the house was built and which now names it. The manor house has a large loggia, sa lolla, in front of which open the rooms that receive light from it. A small wooden staircase leads to su sostru, a dry room suitable for storing grain. In the rustic part there are is magasinus of yesteryear, vast and very high rooms, which housed the barrels with work tools; the flour room(sa domu de farra) with the furnishings and the oven.
