The headquarters of the Serramanna Municipality is currently located at 40 Serra Street and is enhanced by the installation of the permanent exhibition dedicated to two distinguished Serramannesi: Architect Ludovico (known Vico) Mossa and cartoonist Franco Putzolu. The exhibition spans the three floors of the municipal building and includes some 70 panels depicting Vico Mossa’s photographic studies of Sardinian domestic and religious architecture and 24 original vignettes resulting from the artistic talent of Franco Putzolu displayed in the Council Chamber.
