A green patriarch and an example of botanical archaeology, the 1,000-year-old olive tree is located on the outskirts of the town in the “Tanca Manna” locality.
Standing 20 meters tall with a circumference of 10, the tree won the 2014 “Friends of Trees” national critics’ award and is a continuous destination for visitors, admired by its majesty.
