The dwelling is located in the center of town at No. 175 Corso Repubblica.
It is what remains of an old agricultural dwelling that included other buildings and was subdivided and transformed at different times by various owners.
The house, made entirely of stone, has the characteristic “L” shape and consists of two adjacent parts: one built in the mid-1700s, and one datable to the end of the following century.
