It is located in the lower part of the town’s historic center (Codronzanu ‘e josso). Its establishment dates back to a period between 1073 and 1082, as recorded in document no. 322 of the Condaghe di San Pietro di Silki. The present structure is the result of the 18th-century reconstruction of the Romanesque structure already modified in the 17th century. The layout is a single nave, vaulted with a lunetted barrel vault with sub-arches. The bell tower has an octagonal plan and towers over the town; it was remodeled according to classicist lines and trends in 1767.
