The ‘building was erected in the 15th century and consecrated on May 07, 1489. The floor plan and structure are reminiscent of 15th-century Gothic-Catalan architecture. The plan of the church is a single-nave hall with three chapels on each side, all barrel-vaulted except the third on the left. In contrast, the Sacristy has a rectangular floor plan. The facade, facing west, has a wall face made of rows of squared, gray ashlars. On the left side of the facade is a square-bore bell tower. Worthy of mention among the works is the Retablo by the Master of Castelsardo. Work from c. 1500, painted by the Master of Castelsardo in oil tempera on canvas. Depicts an altarpiece consisting of six main panels representing various scenes from Christian History
